Kale wasnt eliminated by Jiren, she was just squashed. I dont think Jiren and Kale will ever fight again because that would be redundant, in my opinion Kale will be eliminated by either Gohan or Golden Frieza. My pick would be Hit, once Hit and Goku make work of Dyspo, Goku will get distracted for a certain reason and then Jiren will showcase his power by brutally eliminating hit.

It'd be kind of redundant to have Hit job to Dyspo and then get eliminated by Boren.

My Dear Melancholy,

Since Hit losing to Dyspo. Jiren must have to either beat Frieza or Gohan

Unless Gohan loses in the next episode. I could see him take down Freezer and Vegetable.

Gohan isn't losing anytime soon. He's barely done anything, and after all of his buildup and mentioning achieving a power surpassing Blue on his own, I would actually be surprised if he was eliminated in the next few episodes. I'm banking on him being in the final four, at least.

I only think Hit initially gets beat up by Dyspo (as dumb as that is) and then finds a work around and eliminates Dyspo (cause Dyspo is most likely just gimmicky). I don't see Jiren taking out Frieza, at least not without a fight. It's not Frieza's role to job. Vegeta is equal to Frieza but Jiren will probably take him out easily tbh. There's a good chance that Frieza and Vegeta try taking him out together. In which case they both job to make Jiren look that much more impressive >.> Only other guys that would be a match for Frieza and Vegeta are Toppo and Hit so there's not alot of options when it comes to who will eliminate them.

Honestly, why can't we have both Goku and Vegeta left standing at the end? I'd prefer an ending where they actually already had the transformation and Goku's getting his butt kicked by Jiren while Vegeta is getting his butt kicked by someone else. Then they both stop messing around transforming and absolutely wreck their opponents.

Because for Goku to shine, others have to be diminished...even when said others have been through massive development and have still yet to be rewarded with a major victory...

Tbh I don't really care about the others. They need more shots then Krillin got though. I like Goku more than Vegeta, but I want both of them on top.

I'm not just talking about Vegeta, Piccolo for instance has changed a lot and his only roll now seems to be to babysit and train/save Gohan.

I'm guessing Jiren takes out Vegeta to hype up the fight with Goku, most likely late in the tournament, coming after Vegeta beats Toppo or Dyspo in order to make Jiren look even better when he gives Veggie that Kale treatment.

My only other guess is Freeza, aside from him I don't see Jiren the Generic bothering with anyone else from U7, unless he just facerolls the whole team at once for more cheap Goku hype.

But it's OK because Vegeta was tired out! He couldn't defend himself properly! DHUQWEFHQEFHENONAMLKMskpKKQKQQqdfef

Offering up #17 could serve to reinforce the intimidation factor of Jiren, assuming you believe the cyborg is actually on-par with Gohan. Of all the "SSJB-tier" competitors from Universe 7, he's the most expendable. In some ways it might even be better as #17 possesses both infinite stamina and the barrier ability which has yet to be canonically broken. What better way to build the present physical antagonist up than have him overwhelm one of the dark horse juggernauts? It would also reduce the focus on the more beloved fighters like Vegeta and Gohan. I'm sure many fans of the former would be satisfied if Vegeta was eliminated via a stalemate that knocked both himself and Hit out of bounds. An impressive battle coupled with Vegeta overwhelming Hit's Toki-Tobashi and invisible ranged attacks would be a satisfactory climax for the Saiyan Prince.
